หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the overall sales and store operations for Dr.Pharma, a brand new health – tech Company under a joint venture between BDMS and COM7
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations and sales. Work with the team to achieve the goals both sales and service. Ensuring smooth operations flow in the respective area.
- Provide specialized knowledge for pharmacy service. Provide product information to customers as well as recommend products to customers
- Lead and support teams in implementing a culture of providing excellent service to the customer.
- Manage the pharmacist's work schedule. Ensuring that the pharmaceutical department is open at all times during business hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualification:
Experienced in selling drugs, cosmetics, food supplements is a plus.- Own a license for executing pharmacy operations.
- Good command of spoken and written in Thai (English is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and service mind.
- Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
- Hand-on and attention to details.
- Education
- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science
- Experience
- Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
