JOB FUNCTION
EMEA PD Data Analyst works as a part of Product Delivery organization in EMEA with direct involvement and support of all operational functional teams.
Within the Project Management Office we are responsible for enabling our supported Product Delivery teams to deliver operational management of Supply Chain and Service Delivery tasks in the most efficient and effective possible way. This translates to operational, cost savings and continuous improvements projects as well as process and employees efforts improvements.

EMEA PD Data Analyst is responsible for:- Ensuring that the complex structure of reporting, automation and team members individuals skills in tools usage aligns with the expected operational deliverables and efficiency improvements in each activity stream of Product Delivery.
- Drive process & data automation continuous improvement project
- Advise and train EMEA PD Team member on the different reporting / data technical tools
EMEA PD Data Analyst also needs to understand the purpose and business reason for the applications and tools used in PD and translate these into operational excellence as well as raise the business needs towards PD management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting
- Behaves as the Single Point of Contact for any questions or issues linked to reporting systems and tools used in PD Operations (2023 – Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP)
- Act as interface and transpose requests for Reporting from Operational teams to Data to Value (D2V) reports deliverables

Maintain Operational reporting catalogue with all entries developed by individuals and by supporting reporting team (D2V)
- Optimize reports volumes and usage – Merge, Develop, Advertise
- Secure reporting documentation & best practices sharing within the EMEA PD organization
- Automation & Technology Tools Improvements
- Act as advisor on technology solution to operational improvements opportunities and requirements from Operational teams
- Develop and implement time-saving and ease-of-use solutions to recurring Operational needs primarily with Microsoft Suite usage, Sharepoint, Outlook ,Power Automate, SAP Shuttle and others
- Training
- Develop, Deliver, Record and Share Technology tools improvements skills based training curriculums to equilibrate base tools knowledge among PD teams and employees (100+ population)
- List of some of the tools and applications in use by PD organization in EMEA (this list is subject to change depending on current infrastructure):
- SAP, Siebel/Dynamics365, Telephony/Interactive Intelligence, Boldchat, Services Dashboard, Logmein Remote, Osprey, Starling/Configuration Management, Skillport, Inquira/Support website, G-Suite, Microsoft 365, Logmein Central, WWTT, Fleetview, Business Objects/PowerBI, SFTP, customer’s ticketing tools, VPN connections
- The employee has the authority to perform tasks as per JD
- The employee needs to follow the Quality and environmental policy where applicable

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree is required. B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science is preferred
- 3rd party certifications desired: MTA, CCENT, CompTIASecurity+, Microsoft certification (MCSA), HTML5 experience (writing, reading, debugging) preferred
- Java script experience (writing, reading, debugging) preferred; certification preferred
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining various SW applications
- Experience debugging/troubleshooting software issues
- Supplier management is an advantage
- Minimum of 3to 5 years IT experience is preferred
SKILLS
- Required communications skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong written, verbal, and actively listening skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures/manuals
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from customers, managers, and other Lexmark personnel
- Ability to understand complex software products and rapidly learn complex technology
- Ability to apply technical concepts and solve problems in situations where many variables exist.
