Delivers on-time innovative and on-trend content tailored to our range of clients’ brand identities. Spearheads our team of photographers and provides art direction that advocates for our brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overlook pre-production and production processes across the photo and video applications, including, but not limited to:
- Planning and arranging photoshoots
- Writing and organizing production processes (shot lists, prop/food & beverage/lifestyle tips, etc.)
- Ensuring photo/videography is on-brand to meet our diverse client needs and be their brand hero
- Manages and delegates responsibilities to photographers and videographers, and provides direction and feedback.
- Provides design and technical guidance to team members; supervises projects to ensure consistency in design and technical execution.
- Assists in shooting for brands in-studio/remote and on-location as needed.
- Use Miro Boards to conduct monthly brainstorming sessions to ideate and storyboard monthly content tailored to the brands and walk through concepts with the Account Owners to clearly communicate and plan creative direction.
- Produce final creative with our photographer/videographers’ shots, adding text overlays, animations, and audio with CapCut, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing tools.
- Deliver on-time monthly content while staying organized with internal and external files having the ability to work in Google Drive.
- Identify and act on trends to keep our work relevant and ahead of the ever-changing algorithms.
- Attend team meetings and be able to communicate effectively with the entire team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an agency setting.
- Experience using project management software and Google Drive; bonus if you have experience working in Asana.
- Experience using photo and video editing software, including CapCut, Adobe AfterEffects, LightRoom, and Photoshop.
- Has a personal camera for photography and videography.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clearly communicating project status to management and the team cross-functionally.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
