- Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities for Personnel, Capital & Material costs;
- Be responsible for Layout design and area efficiency improvement ;
- Operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies while conducting studies, collecting data and executing projects;
- Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs ;
- Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with cross functional teams;
- Measure Personnel and Machine time for headcount and capacity calculation;
- Support the automation of data collection and evaluation .
You manage your performance consistently and reliably. You have strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You are able to clarify areas of responsibility, to coordinate your work with your colleagues’ and you regularly share your insights with the team. Moreover, you analyze complex situations and manage a detailed evaluation of a problem in order to come up with precise solutions.

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering , Computer Sciences , or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial engineering , planning or other technical field related to manufacturing of electronic components;
- MTM / REFA knowledge (MTM-UAS preferred);
- AutoCAD (2D) knowledge;
- Lean and/or 6Sigma knowledge and practice, as a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP or other MRP , as an advantage;
- Fluency in English and Hungarian , German would be a plus.
