- Monitor the service quality to ensure experience/service quality meet the standard.
- Handle enquiries and account-related requests from customers.
- Assist to liaise with internal and external parties to ensure incident resolution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year in Admin/Call Centre/Other related fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Able to work independently
