As a team member of the sales department, you are responsible for achieving the target and seeking the opportunity for a new business. This may involve maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer providing the right solutions for their needs. You also work to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs, as well as maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Continually analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and potential product enhancements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of auto parts and related products, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
