Job Description:
The HR GENERALIST will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team. He/she will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Benefits Administration, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employment and Compliance with regulatory concerns and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new employees
- Responsible for managing and administering the company's employee benefit and compensation programs
- Oversees engagement programs and other employee relations work
- Coordinate the labor relations program, manage cases, and provide recommendations
- Participate in performance management processes by working closely with line managers
- Ensures all employee records are maintained and updated
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, and other related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resource field such as recruitment and training, labor relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and wage and salary administration
- Proficient in using MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
