The opportunity
Working as a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work area.
Your day to day:
- Wash and return all kitchenware to its allocated area
- Empty and clean rubbish bins, sanitise hand basins, clean and sanitise kitchen trolleys, refill hand towel dispensers and hand soap, spray benches with sanitiser and clean kitchen floors
- Clean cold room doors, seals and flaps, bleach chopping boards, descale dishwasher, clean dry store shelving, clean ice-machines, clean range hoods, defrost and clean chest freezers
- Assist with event setup and pack down
