The Role
As Front Desk & Workplace Working Student, you will bring our company culture to life by designing and running a safe and fun office space. Sitting at the Front Desk, you'll be the first face that our office visitors and employees get to see! You will also help to set up our events and there by create outstanding experiences for up to 300 Zennies.

What you'll be doing:
- Front Desk: You will be at the front desk from 10am - 2pm welcoming guests at our reception, helping our Zennies with their needs in the office, making sure that our Zennies are happy and also process our mail and take care of emails & tickets.
- Workplace Operations: Maintaining a smooth running of the workplaces by managing great relationships with all our stakeholders (internal stakeholders like Marketing & IT, handymen for repairs, facility management, cleaning service, suppliers, landlord, neighbors etc.) and supporting our team helpers in cities outside of the HQ. In addition, you will be responsible for ordering (beverages and other office needs) and always keeping an eye on inventory and details. A tidy office is important to you and you will be responsible for keeping up our high standards.
- Culture & Events: You will assist in preparing the events such as our Summer and Winter Party, D&I and other social events by researching, soliciting bids, and assisting us in the creative process. On event day, you will help to set up the event spaces by decorating and moving furniture.

- Love for creating outstanding services, events and experiences, ideally proven by previous experience in the service / hospitality industry
- Strong organizational talent being able to juggle lots of diverse projects
- Distinctive hands-on mentality and a strong service mindset
- Passion to take matters into own hands for smaller repairs and office re-designs
- Creative ideas for how to bring our company culture to life and our Zennies closer together
- Joy and energy that you both spread around the office, but also get from being around your colleagues
- Great German and English skills (English is our company language)
