Come join the team at The Brick Cranbrook, an independently owned and operated franchise of Canada's biggest Home Furnishings Retailer! We are actively looking to hire enthusiastic team members with a great customer focused attitude!
No previous sales experience is required!
Responsibilities:
- Full time 4-5 shifts per week (Store hours 10-6 Monday to Saturday)
- Unlimited income potential with commission base backed by guaranteed hourly wage
- Extensive training will be provided

- Staff discounts and other incentives available
- Provide amazing no-pressure service to our valued customers
- Build client rapport for continued relationship selling
- Sales order maintenance to ensure timely delivery of inventory
- Provide clear, concise information to customers
- Continued learning for optimal knowledge of products, promotions & policies
- Assist with showroom merchandising and cleaning
