What will you learn with us?
You will gain experience in the following areas:
- Life Science sales process focused on clinical operations, bioinformatics, and translational science customer needs
- Learn and support in the generation and iteration of customer templates, sequences and workflows on CRM (Hubspot)
- Provide support in keeping feedback from surveys updated in CRM (Hubspot) and incorporating this feedback into the Quarterly VarSome Insights Success Report
- Develop VarSome Insights Customer Journey Mapping
What are the basics?
- You are a interested in learning about the healthcare industry and the business of life science organizations
- You are a Senior Student or Recent Graduate with successful studies in Life Sciences (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology ) or a related field
- You have a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- You possess some knowledge in CRM systems (is considered a plus)
- As a person, you are a fast learner and quick to grasp new concepts and software products. Your communication skills characterise you, and you are eager to work in a Global team!
