Responsibilities

1. Based on various user scenarios covered by middle-end services (including but not limited to account, authentication, social interaction, notification touch and other scenarios), be fully responsible for the business security capabilities of ByteDance's product lines, formulate an overall plan for security capabilities, and be responsible for the final results of business security under middle-end scenarios 2. Respond in a timely manner to the needs of business security, regulatory compliance, and user privacy protection. According to changes in the internal and external environment, continuously adjust and improve the existing compliance governance level and security strategy, and systematically accumulate the core capabilities of user privacy protection 3. Coordinate project stakeholders, actively promote collaboration, complete project implementation, and continuously optimize the project management process for security requirements, and improve the platform, process, and tool construction that meet business needs The team cooperates closely to strengthen information exchange 5. Participate in team building and management in the direction of security and privacy in China and Taiwan, and complete team development goals.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more working experience in the field of Internet security compliance, long-term accumulation in professional fields such as business security, regulatory compliance, privacy protection 2. Possess a broad overall view, accurate judgment on complex issues, and good product decision-making ability Thinking ability, strong curiosity and good learning ability, good at language and writing, able to complete communication and cooperation well 5.
