What will you be doing?

— Assisting users in resolving any payment-related issues with our service and answering their questions.

— Communicating with bank and payment systems representatives and resolving disputes with them.

— Constantly communicating in English due to the majority of our users being from English-speaking countries.

— Analyzing internal billing processes and discovering new insights for decision-making.

— Working with Zendesk. Knowledge of this software will greatly facilitate your work in the early days.
