Position: Freelance Sales Staff Location: Remote/Work from Anywhere
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Staff to join our team. As a Freelance Sales Staff, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services, and closing deals. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and earn based on commission.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Present our services and solutions to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the value and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Job Type: Commission
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Digital Marketing Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving license (Preferred)
