A Cafe in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cafe Staff (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Replenish amenities to guests and maintain utmost cleanliness in the café and spa area
- Provide assistance and support in emergency situations
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Perform tailoring service according to membership processes
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy in order delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory of food, beverages and service supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient order preparation
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven work experience as a Cafe Staff or in a similar role
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other cafe staff members
- Basic knowledge of water safety and first aid would be a plus
- Able to work in shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
